Terms and refunds
Last updated: 5 November 2026.
Who you're dealing with
The Ask Once course is made by Rokas Ščesnavičius, an individual based in France. The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. You can reach us at [email protected], or through the contact form. Stripe sells the course on our behalf as merchant of record, so your payment and receipt come from it, and its own checkout terms apply to the payment. Your receipt and bank statement will show Link, which is part of Stripe.
What you get
The course costs €10, with a launch discount that brings it to €7. Prices include VAT. One payment gets you all 11 lessons, a course guide as a PDF, and a certificate of completion once you've finished every lesson. Lesson 1 is free, with no account and no card. There's no subscription.
Your account is for you. Please don't share your access, or copy or resell the course. The tools you build with it are yours.
You can use the course for as long as we run it. If we ever close it, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can download your guide and your certificate.
Refunds
All sales are final, and we don't give refunds if you change your mind or don't finish the course. You can try Lesson 1 for free before you buy.
People in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to change their mind about an online purchase. The course is digital and starts as soon as you pay. So before you pay, we ask you to agree to start straight away, and to confirm you understand that you lose that 14-day right. You can't buy the course without agreeing.
This doesn't affect your legal rights if the course is faulty, or isn't as we described it. If that happens, tell us, and we'll fix it, or refund you if we can't. If a payment is refunded for any reason, your access to the course ends.
Stripe, as the seller, handles questions about your payment. It can issue a refund itself in some cases, and it applies legal cancellation periods where they're required.
Your certificate
Your certificate uses the name you gave at checkout, so please enter your own name there. It shows that you finished the lessons. It comes from Ask Once, and it isn't a formal qualification. If your name is spelt wrong, contact us from the email you bought with, and we'll correct it.
What the course isn't
The examples use made-up numbers, and the AI conversations in the lessons are simulated for teaching. Nothing in the course is financial, tax, legal or other professional advice. Real AI can be wrong, and you're responsible for checking the tools you build and how you use them. AI services and hosting companies are separate from us, and they have their own prices and rules.
If something goes wrong
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or any liability that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, we aren't liable for business losses, such as lost profit, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of France. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms you agreed to when you bought still apply to your purchase, unless a change is needed by law.
